NIPR Software Design
This project was focused on a Design Thinking project to redesign the user experience with software for insurance producers.
My Contributions
Collaborated with a team on a Design Thinking exercise for a Vision Project, and conducted extensive research to inform our design decisions. Additionally, I leveraged Miro to curate immersive presentations for workshops aimed at developing customer journeys, problem statements, and personas. Synthesized findings into crafted high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for a software redesign, I presented the finding and prototypes to key stakeholders.
